Dear Sir and/or Madam,
Please find enclosed the proposed preamble, regarding the Tender for ‘Amendment of the Preamble to the Constitution to Include Indigenous Australians’. The Preamble has been set out in Exposition form, detailing reasons why the Indigenous Australians must be included in the Constitution. Also, as a result of factual information, and statistics, most numbers that are drawn upon are averages. Also some events that are outlined throughout the Preamble are made to be as unbiased as possible, using multiple sources of information.
The First point that is outlined within the Preamble is the fact that the Aboriginal Health Care system is in turmoil. Currently, it is very bad and at such a level that there is a 20 year life expectancy difference between white and black Australians.
Secondly I will outline how the Australian public is asking for the Federal Government to apologise to the Aboriginals’, and also make sure that we carry out plans to give them a quality of life equal to the rest of Australia.
Thirdly I will outline how the Aboriginal lifestyle is being limited by many things, one major factor being Education. This must be fixed in many ways, one being hiring teachers who understand how Aboriginals’ feel.
Lastly, I will talk about how all these things lead to us needing not only to add to the Preamble of the Constitution, but also the Constitution itself.
We hope that the enclosed Preamble is used to its full potential.

Steven, this is a good effort. However, I think all involved should take a hard look at themselves and honestly indicate what they actually contributed to the team. This was read out and even spaced out in a good manner.
